As a global concierge service we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Concierge Syndicate, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Check, Wire Transfer and PayPal.

If you are a new customer you will need to contact our office at +1 732-585-1600. If you are an existing client please feel free to use our “Service Request” form on our website or call are office at +1 732-585-1600 and press option 3. Service requests are normally scheduled for the next day unless marked urgent.

Yes, we can handle urgent requests however there is an additional charge on top of our normal service rates.

Yes, we do. Our concierge clients can pay on an hour-by-hour basis or can purchase a bundle of hours for a discounted rate based on the amount of hours.

Yes, we do. We require 24 hour’s notice of your service request cancellation. If you cancel after the 24 hour’s notice we charge 50% of what the fee would be if we completed the request.
